Stuff very helpful and hospitable. Location is good. Price cheap. Sometimes we were filling cold so asked the stuff and they started heating all the hotel.

We were 4 people in two rooms. In one room it was bad smell from the bathroom. I think the flush valve in the shower is broken. The room 403. Except this everything was good.

Perfect location right in the heart of Erzurum. Very friendly english speaking stuff that helped us a lot. Thank you! The room is clean and neat, everything was in good condition.

The room is a bit small, but ok for couple of nights and to rest after skiing The breakfast is not the best, but good. No kettle and glasses available.
