Hotel Garni Ransburgerhof

The chalet was beautiful, and very clean. The facilities were great. It's a paradise for the kids, with animals and games, and beautiful surroundings. We loved it, and want to come back again.

Thay said the shalet has 4 bedrooms, but one of the beds is in an open galery, so it's not really a room and we couldn't use it like we planned. Someone should pay attention to the animals, some kids were realy torturing them.

Chalet was an awesome experience. We were a group of 14 adults and 10 kids. Booked few other apartments also. Everything was so good! :)

This is an old type Austrian pansion with a very kind owners taking care of their guests. I like this type of establishments as they remind me of my childhood. The location is out of hand, but it is well connected to the ski lifts via a ski bus service. It has a limited features spa, but not much else to offer. Altogether, I enjoyed my stay and liked their well stocked breakfast offer, with good eggs, cheese, yoghurt and honey of a good quality.

I did not like my room, which was really old fashioned and dark, with a small window looking into a narrow space between the two wings of the building. It is just the opposite of the nice view one would expect from a ski holiday mountain view. This was not mentioned in the room description at the booking time. While it was spacious, the room was sparsely appointed with old furniture, no bathrobes for the spa, humble towels and a general lack of taste under the excuse of the Alpine style. I understand that other rooms might have been refreshed.

Nice buildings, very friendly Schneider family, I had several requests and all very fullfiled very quickly. Skibus stop at doorstep is great. Playing room for kids very handy…

Breakfast good, but not lavish 😁, there could be a few more options. But I wasn’t hungry…
