Warm friendly staff! Very helpful with suggestions for restaurants & things to do in the area. Great breakfast & lovely pool area. Beautiful view from the room & breakfast area of volcano. Would definitely stay here again.

"Hotel con vistas al volcan"

Las vistas al volcán arenal son increíbles, la habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda con todo lo que necesitas. El servicio de spa es excepcional en un ambiente idílico. El bufet del desayuno tiene amplia variedad. Y tanto el restaurante como el bar la comida fue excelente. Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.

La única pega es que el sendero no está muy bien señalizado

TODO es extraordinario, la verdad que es un hotel muy muy bueno, comida espectacular, instalaciones excelentes, vista maravillosa. Este es mi 5to hotel en la zona, y definitivamente ha sido el mejor de todos.

Muchos del personal no respondían el saludo de buenos días. Nos sucedió en la piscina, con el personal alrededor, pero sobretodo con la señora en la estación de omelette, ella nunca respondió ni el saludo ni las preguntas, pero dejando eso de lado todo estuvo extraordinario
