"なんだか気分はよくありませんでした"

ホテルに着いたばかりで駐車場の事を聞く際のフロントの対応がとても残念な感じで、最初から気分が壊れてしまいました。またその後に違うフロントのスタッフの方の対応も凄く無愛想で嫌悪感を抱きました。お部屋は綺麗だったのですが、フロントの方の対応でかなり損をしているのではないかと感じました

薬院駅から近いチェックイン時間が夜11時までである事が助かった。大浴場もあり、宿泊者はお酒も出るラウンジもある。GWの時期だったが大浴場もラウンジも快適に過ごせた。

部屋の問題かもしれないが日当たりが悪いのは個人的にはマイナス。壁も薄いので隣の部屋の音は聞こえやすい。 とはいえ大きな問題だとはとらえていない。

マンションを利用した部屋でしたので、色々と便利でした。ワンルームマンシャンに宿泊している感じ。駅も近いし、便利です。ただ、専用駐車場の台数が少ないことが残念。

"値段の割にレベルが低い"

立地条件(都心に近く、駅にも近い)が良い。

点灯しても部屋が暗い。 水回りが古く、バスタブの排水が悪く、シャワーを浴びている間に栓をしていなくても、排水が悪く湯が溜まってしまう。
