Location is good

Few Staffs are rude Room was not maintained properly initially TV not working, all lights are not working, bathroom shop and shampoo holder empty They provided Restaurant menu after 5 reminder Not mention intercom telephone number list Need to ask hotel staff of numbers I booked via booking.com and I was received call and massage from hotel staff for upgrade the room mountain view room and the told they will provide room mountain view after reach at hotel , but they did not do when I was reached, and I have no option because I reached at night 9.30 PM with family and it was difficult to search another hotel.

Good behave,service and respect .

All Staff behave is not good. ROOM NO -102 Bathroom and room is dirty beasic requirements are not provide by Amba regency.Totely money lost.
