Hotel La Musica

The location is not bad, you can walk to many places (supermarket, restaurants, bakery...). Good parking in case you come by car.

The responsible was asking me (before arrival) to change the payment method arguing I didn't pay the room completely, not paying attention to booking schedule. The room felt old, quite old, like never renovated. Bed fabrics were made for winter, not summer, we were unlucky for being there during the heat wave so it was extremely hot and the bed sheets or the old carpet didn't help.

A small fridge in the room could have come in handy specially as it's a hot summer day. (The lovely people did offer to store things in their fridge.)

Large bedrooms. Nice to have a fridge.

The appartment was very warm and there were no blinds or curtains to keep the light out in the morning. Hard to sleep.

I stayed for 1 night during Euro 24 for a game at Cologne Stadium. It takes around 45 minutes to get there on public transport. The bus stop is just down the road, that takes you to Weiden West where you can get a tram to the ground. I liked the clean, comfortable room with a good, powerful shower and free wifi & parking.

The road is a bit noisy with traffic starting early. No breakfast option but there is a good bakery just down the road near the bus stop.

Not a lot

No bar or restaurant at the hotel. Only saw 1 hotel staff checking in and out. The village was in the middle of nowhere with no bars, only 1 restaurant that was open from 6-10pm, 4 hairdressers, a supermarket and a bakery.
