Great location with lovely rooms. Great breakfast.

Beautiful setting. Dinner was good.Comfortable bed. On checkout the receptionist was very nice. A different receptionist to the one that checked us in

On arrival the receptionist was very matter of fact. The room was clean but very small. The hotel was very scruffy. Including the walls in our bedroom which were very scuffed. The bar/ restaurant carpet was rucked up throughout and needed refitting. The furniture in the conservatory was scuffed and needed replacing. The breakfast buffet was untidy and the food on the continental bar was non existent. The cheese was curled up at the edges. Generally the place needs smartening up. They are missing a trick here as the hotel has stunning views down the Loch.

Beautiful setting, room & bathroom were big. Staff were excellent. Nice quality snacks.

For the price I would expect a bathrobe & nice quality body lotion. There is no proper separate bar. The bar/restaurant are together and it creates a strange vibe.

The location, view from the room, and overall comfort were great. The evening meal and breakfast were well worth the money.

There could have been a few more staff on for the breakfast buffet: - to monitor the amount of food left on the buffet (particularly fruit, yogurt etc) - to be a bit more attentive to guests questions at the buffet
