Super gaaf gebouw, authentiek, goed onderhouden. Mooie locatie. Prima kamers. Hygiënisch.

Ze hebben prachtig terras, zou leuk zijn als er wat comfortabele zitplekken komen (nu alleen houten bankjes).

The views from the hotel; being able to open the windows; beds; cleanliness; bar & restaurant

There were no elevators or staff to help with getting bags to room; the desk clerks were surly and unpleasant; the main clerk insisted I had no reservation and made me show him multiple emails to prove I had a paid reservation; the bathroom had a horrible mold smell; there were no refrigerators in rooms; and no way to buy soft drinks. The prices of beer and wine were very expensive.

Im Restaurant war es sehr laut.

Good location near Glencoe hikes and the view from the loch-side windows and drawing room beautiful. On site parking.

Bed linens were poor quality (rough texture), room was too hot despite outside lower temperatures (even having a fan in the room was not enough to cool to comfortable temperatures.) Opening windows too far, allowed midges in and hotel lighting shone in directly in windows so even with windows slightly open, had to have curtains closed to prevent light, thereby blocking the airflow. Staff were not very friendly. We arrived back at 10 after late dinner to find the front doors locked…after multiple knocks the bartender cleaning up came to let us in.

יש קצת בעיה עם החנייה הנוכחית שהיא לצד הכביש.

Room way better than expected. More of a 4 star standard.

Corridors to room dirty and depressing. Strangely rigid attitude to check-in by staff: I watched them refuse to check-in people minutes before the check-in time. No checking if the room was ready just a point blank refusal. A weird and unnecessary downer on your first interaction with the hotel. The hotel is used for coach parties - some for the restaurant only - some as guests. This caused both delays in the kitchen for food and again weird and unnecessary friction with guests. For example - breakfast starts at 7:30 (which is later than I like), but the coach parties had breakfast earlier. Given that it's buffet only.. why couldn't I have breakfast earlier too? Honestly this place has the potential to be a way better hotel but is being poorly operated.

The living room was nice and the room size was good!!

Noisy, poor service attitude and deplorable breakfast!!
