Big clean rooms, there is everything needed in the room even a small kitchen and washing machine, there is a very big spa free for the guests, a big parking lot for visitors, we got bottles of water, it is warm and cozy inside the rooms, the beds are comfortbale

Ski lockers, parking, pool, clean rooms, spacious rooms, front desk, sauna, steam room

Kitchen stove was broken, not enough kitchen implements, not close to gondola (which I thought it was)

Friendly staff (thanks to Suzy). Great location and space. It has a bidet (shattaf) i.mn the bathroom. It wasn’t my first time yet it is definitely not my last time!!

Hotel is good for family. Perfect views. Taking a taxi to even closer to a supermarket or restaurant like 200 meters will cost 60 lari for going and coming back, which is very bad. Hotel arranged complementary cake for my child's birthday, which was truly a wonderful experience. Staff at reception overall is not good. Only one lady on reception is helpful and solution oriented. Breakfast was not value for money. Restaurant nearby is more good.

The staff were very friendly, specially Suzy and Beqa oqropiridze. They were smiling all the time and helping us in anything needed. Great value, honest and friendly people. Very clean too!

The breakfast is basic but there are plenty of options elsewhere. Having a washing machine really helped as you need to clean your stuff every day when you're skiing. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

Beds were a bit hard for me but the rest of the family slept well.
