أعجبني بشكل كامل من الموقع الى مساحة الشقة إلى تجاوب العاملين مع الضيوف كل شيء رائع وأنصح بشدة العوائل

Номер огромный, завтрак хороший, все бы отлично, если бы не один большой жирный минус, который довольно таки отравлял жизнь

Вода в душе после первого же купания заполнила всю ванную комнату и больше оттуда не уходила, только прибавлялась при следующих купаниях. Почистить зубы утром добирались уже вплавь, к раковине было не подойти. Брали 2 номера, в нашем номере вода не уходила вообще, в номере друзей уходила медленно, за пару часов. Главное решить элементрано, отгородить душ приступкой отделяющей от остальной ванной комнаты...

We like the view of the hotel..the size of the room is perfect too. Very clean and overall great.. we will surely return. We were also assisted very well by Ramaz, all staff are friendly and helpful.

The water from the shower is spilling all over the floor, there is no barrier between the shower floor and main floor or the washroom..

We had an amazing stay at Gudauri Hills Apart Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days in the snow. The location is great and the view from the hotel is beautiful. A very special shout-out to Ramaz at the reception. He is highly professional, incredibly friendly, and genuinely one of the nicest people we met on our trip. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Ramaz truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!
