Hotel Good Will Residency - Cyber City Gurgaon

I couldn't checkin, as i have a British passport, I'm a foreigner, a tourist. This hotel Is ONLY for indians. Nowhere throughout the booking process did it state this, nor in their confirmation emails, what a joke. Whilst me & my taxi driver were simply left to find alternative accommodation. My taxi driver helped me find another, then, adi used Booking com,the same happened with the other hotel I booked. Doesn't come across that " Booking.com" is well designed for international travellers. Disappointed, what a headache, annoying, difficult and tiresome. What a company! I even have my UK Mobile number saved on my profile, so why can't they Filter results for International travellers!!!!!!! How difficult can it be??!!?????

It is a clean and brand new hotel, the complimentary breakfast was quite delicious, despite being late to check in, food was provided to me through the kitchen, for this I wholeheartedly thank the hotel management.
