Cleanness.

I used to stay in Mirnian hotel when I came to Jeddah, this time its uncomfortable and bath towels are not available, when I asked for towels no response from receptionist.

"Good place , bad customer service"

Room were neat and tidy.

Customer service is zero. We have to reach out to reception even for basics. They will not give any services unless you ask. Luggage valet, wifi password, even reception extension. You need to ask them for every small thing and they treat you like you are staying for free. Even when i asked for the parking space direction, there was no person to show to hell. The reception guy just shows hand.Is it anything to do with the nationality of the customer!! Not sure but not good though.
