Great for a short stay over

The hall ways were a bit dark, and they were refurbishing when we were there

The room was big, there was kettle, tea coffee, fan and fridge. The bathroom was also big and a very cute bathtub.

The bed & mattress wasn’t that comfortable. The fan was making a noise when we switched on the maximum power. Wifi wasn’t working properly. Parking very very small & difficult to park. We had to park outside other car park where we payed some money. We called the hotel, saying that we were travelling from very far, Graz, Austria, driving 10 hours and that also there was an incident on the road so we couldn’t come before 10.30pm. The manager, called Bala, said if we don’t come before 10.30pm we cannot have the key and they will still charge us for the room. He said there is no other option and he cannot help. Even we mentioned that we have a small kid with us and we need a place to sleep. We offered to pay online & even pay something extra if needed but he sounded very rude speaking to us, he said he also has a family and has to go home. We had to drive very fast and risk our safety just to reach there on time otherwise we wouldn’t have any place to sleep.

I did not get a Wifi code

Location was excellent, the staff overall kind and wiling to help

When I wanted to do the checkout, no one was in reception so I had to call someone in order to do so.
