The room was tidy and clean. Clean bathroom. If you want to check their rooms, visit their website, they have 3d map of the hotel where you can see each room. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and polite. Overall, great experience, I enjoyed my stay.

Although we stated that we would be late checkin, we were not allowed into the hotel after 22:00 because they said there was no one at the reception. Our money was not returned. We spent our time looking for a hotel at midnight. We were incredibly victimized. Although we immediately reported the incident to booking, they did not provide sufficient support to resolve the issue.
