Hotel Lázně Kostelec

I very much like the attitude of staff; they were all great at all departments (Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping). Room was kept very clean, same other areas. Great view from terrace adjacent to the restaurant. Good coffee.

The room was a bit outdated in terms of the furniture, which I could understand, but what I totally missed was that they did not have enough fans to rent, as I knew that the room is not equipped with A/C. During our stay the outside temperature attacked nearly 40 degrees and it was impossible to have a good night sleep. The same applies for the public spaces and restaurant - no A/C. I unfortunately could not consider the stay relaxed as I wish for. Selection of breakfast items was very poor and there was a sign showing that the staff will not bring more food 30 minutes before the end of breakfast, which I found very strange as not many people are early birds and coming even this 30 minutes prior to the end of the breakfast could cause that you could grab roll and butter and some sweet items that are left, which I found not acceptable.
