Tenir Eco Hotel, Shymbulak Mountain Resort

Loved everything about this hotel, a small cabin just you and some others on top of the mountain. Getting there can be quite tough if you are with a luggage, so would recommend to store your luggage at the airport and bring a bagpack etc. The hill from the last cableway station can be quite steep while going down to the cabins. The cabin has everything you need, a sauna to keep you warm, toilet bidet, towels and soaps etc. The bed was very comfortable, and you could even play Netflix on the TV. There's heater for the room and toilet as well. Everything is just complete and the experience was priceless. The receptionist and hotel staff were helpful and could understand and speak English well. Breakfast was at the cafe, just across the cabins and it was excellent. Would definitely want to return here again.

To get dinner you would have to follow the schedule of the cableway as there are no eateries open around the compound. It is very dark to be outside at night.

The views were gorgeous and the Yaks that were there really added to the experience. Staff were incredibly kind and the food was fantastic. Strongly recommend

The staff were so helpful and friendly. New experience and I really loved it, staying at the mountains on 3200 mtr high. One of the days I have it in Almaty.

The breakfast was bring to the room because of technical issues in the restaurant. It would be more interesting to have it in the restaurant
