Dirty rooms and lazy staff

Great facilities and very friendly staff

Actually really only 2 points : But Very Important ones as they ruined the experience unnecessarily. 1. The service / cleaning personnel just drops into the room without notice at ridiculous early hours - please instruct this personnel to respect privacy, it is really annoying not once but every time every day it happened. the door opens and someone is already half in the room…🙄🙄🙄🙄 2. We like weddings when we are invited, in this case you have rented the whole terrasse including pool area entirely to a wedding festivity and community which is great but honestly is affecting your existing staying hotel guests in a negative way as the party people occupy the only pool terrace you have with loud music and everything which goes along with a party… Honestly speaking you should balance your interest in selling your facilities and making additional money with eventing against he privacy and request for a relaxing atmosphere your hotel staying guest in your facilities certainly have and deserve. Guest like us staying with you over just the weekend at prime prices in your hotel might not necessarily want to get involved and affected by the party guests of a wedding…as you can not escape others than leaving the pool and terrasse, it actually ruined our Saturday afternoon, not to speak about the fact that when being in shorts and bikini and sandals amongst stylish dressed up wedding people makes you feel quite funny and ridiculous. I give you for this 3 Minus indeed. So please re-think about this - you have big spaces avalible you could hold events without affecting your existing guest.

Stunning location with views of the Dolomites. The restaurants and breakfasts were delicious with local produce and of a very high standard. Our suite was very spacious with lots of storage, tea kettle, huge bathroom with a very nice bathtub as well as an outside patio with views of the Dolomites. The spa treatments were also very good!

The TV's are oddly small given the size our living room and bedroom. Not a big deal.
