Everything went well ❤️‍🩹: special appreciation to the wonderful staff who cleans room 101 on June 21 in the morning, for helping me to keep my traveling passport in the right place. All the staffs did a fantastic job. Thanks again to everyone.

Breakfast was very good, but ought to have been added to the cost of the room. There shouldn't have been any need paying for breakfast 🥞 as it is in most hotels 🛍️ all over the world. Overall, everything went well and the staffs did a fantastic job 👍.

"Nonostante il caldo Madrid regala un esperienza incantevole"

Staff eccezionale, ci hanno accolti benissimo e per tutto il soggiorno sono stati di una gentilezza unica, spesso la tessera si smagnetizzava e non riuscivamo a entrare in camera e pazientemente la ripristinavano. Al checkout abbiamo avuto problemi con Uber che non è venuto a prenderci per portarci in aeroporto e il ragazzo alla reception ci ha prontamente chiamato un taxi. Davvero cordiali e professionali. Gentilissime anche le signore delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Hotel è vicino alla Metro appena 300 metri e solo 8 fermate si arriva in centro. La fermata è Sol e da lì a piedi potete incrociare le attrazioni principali ( puerta del sol, la gran via, plaza Mayor, palazzo reale, mercato di san Miguel ecc...)La zona intorno all'hotel è piena di ristoranti e c'è anche un supermercato. La colazione un po' scarsa ma se vi accontentate vi offre salato e dolce. Tutto sommato rapporto qualità prezzo, molto buono. Se dovessi ritornare a Madrid prenoterei di nuovo qui.

La camera: appendiabiti piccolo, bagno con complementi separati: Il water chiuso senza una ventola.(Non potete immaginare gli odori) Il lavabo a parte, la doccia però molto spaziosa. Unica finestra della camera chiusa a chiave.

La comodidad de la cama.

Lo pequeña que era la habitación y todo muy limitado. Echamos en falta un mini frigorífico que con esta calor apetece tener el agua fría
