The restaurant is way beyond what you would expect to find in a small town in the middle of nowhere Japan. OMG, really good. The Onsen facility is super nice and spacious. The staff are all super helpful and friendly and the place has a great vibe. Super happy with my stay there.

Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, ist nicht so groß, aber beruhigt mit einer skandinavisch anmutenden Interior. Wir konnten auf den angenehm gepolsterten Betten gut schlafen. Besonders schön ist das Onsen, ein großes modernes Bad und Sauna, sehr sauber und modern. Man geht morgens und abends baden. Das Personal an der Rezeption agiert dezent und freundiich. Das Frühstück ist japanisch mit ein wenig kontinental, aber meine deutsche Frau hat es gut getan, da man sonst nur japanisch isst, mal Brot, Butter und Marmelade zu essen.
