location is close to shopping places and train station

(1) some of the staff is Rude and treat them like boss (2) when I asked for extra towel they gave me one day but rudely denied me the next day (3) toilet seat stayed broken. even after many complaints they didn’t bother to send anyone to fix it (4) air conditioning unit dispensed water all night into the room and I almost slipped on water in the night. that’s where I put extra towels to soak the water to avoid accidentally slipping (5) TV didn’t work as it was constantly blurry. seems like they don’t have paid service channels and are relying on some antenna for airing free channels. very bad experience (6) they keep moth balls in every drawer and shelves. the smell of it was intolerable and the smell got into our clothes (7) the washroom doesn’t have hooks in the right place to hang clothes. one hook is right about toilet seat (very bad placement). and the rod is right next to shower so can’t hang anything there either. poor design
