"My family suffer and getting very very bad experience from heritage hotel."

Worst breakfast quality quantity taste every thing. I'm requesting to booking.com authorities please remove this hotel on your list and save your image. Manager owner staff all are using ruff and rud behavior. They are not provide towel soap etc location is very bad as family view. So many pan thela and repairs shop surrounded here.thus not good for women's.

Nothing, this is not 3 star hotel this is just a rest house. And they staff behave just like this. Actually we booked online this hotel for one day. But my work was not compled yet we was stay 4 more days here .. another four days we stay offline ie 31.07.23 to 05.08.23 . Every night the staff provides wet blankets

It is close to US barometrics and US Consulate. For 1 night it is definitely recommendable. For going to US consulate you have to pay 100 for taxi. Coming back is little bit less. There are lots of eateries around both expensive and inexpensive. You have a wide choice. The hotel is only 30 minutes away by taxi to terminal 1 during busy hours.

Hotel food is expensive and taste is not so good. Better to take the food outside. During rainy season this area is flooded. The area is very dirty. The hotel is expensive comparing to other hotels with similar facilities. The value for money is really low. Booking experience is bad as l ended up paying more. Close to my staying days the price went downwards. I discovered it late. You can get a double bedded room at around 2500 including gst. More than this it is not recommended.
