Localização, praticidade e custo benefício.

Central de ar condicionado sem controle, tenho que desligar no disjuntor e ao desligar, a televisão desliga também.

"Funcional é ótima localização"

Localização, cordialidade, climatização, equipamentos ( frigo bar, ar condicionado, TV smart)

Apesar de funcional e nível simples padrão internacional de cidades histórica como Paris, NYC, poderiam priorizar itens como limpeza com polimento da cabine do elevador que já é de revestimento inox, idem uma manut de pintura do Rest terceirizado. Mas isso não impede do conceito bom e ótima localização e muita cordialidade.
