Staff was good but he has not much of the information about the city. His behaviour was nice. Location of the property was good.It was close to station and bus stand

Room was dirty, having no ventilation and things were broken inside bathroom. No chair inside the room. Shelf was broken inside the room. Overall not recommended. Very pathetic. I will never stay again in this hotel.

FOR CUSTOMERS: EVEN IF OFFERED FOR FREE AND WITH SOME MONEY, DON'T GO TO ANY FAB OR BOOKING.COM HOTELS. Shittest place and zero service, zero facilities, 3x3 toilet and bathroom where only a thin adult can fit, leaking commodes on which no Adult can sit, we need to go and beg staff for everything and rarely it got serviced, staff full of attitude, room with mosquitoes.. Only intention seems to be to make money.. If Fab Hotel and Booking.com has any Shame and Conscience left, they should refund my amount.. Ideally, the licence must be cancelled for cheating Customers with rosy pictures and giving Customers a Miserable and Regrettable experience.. Even after paying full Amount on Day1, Customers have to beg for Services and still don't get them.. Forget Everything, I was not even provided the bill for my stay which I checked out almost a day in advance and I didn't want to beg anyone for bill..

Maintenance is very poor

Staff behaviour is excellent. All time hot water is available. Attractive preservation of old sculptures.

No TV, no intercom.

Its good, staff is helpful and environment is also too hygienic.
