Spiaggia, probabilmente non per colpa dell’Hotel, ma il fatto di avere una concessione ridotta e quindi di non dare disponibilità a tutti dei lettini ed ombrelloni è una pecca soprattutto per un soggiorno al mare

La struttura era ben pulita, la posizione era vicino al mare, 7 min a piedi. I camerieri molto bravi,educati e veloci .Karol la ragazza del intrattenimento bambini per 1 giorno ha reso felici i nostri bambini.

Pessima accoglienza da parte della ragazza bionda alla reception, poco cordiale , inesperta nel gestire i clienti al chek-in della struttura. Hotel con personale poco qualificato per le 4 stelle che ha. Ti lasciano con le valigie in mano ad aspettare e bisogna sollecitare per essere guidati nella propria camera . Poche informazioni in generale. I posti in spiaggia sono pochi e molto affollati, sdrai attaccati. La bagnina molto arrogante e maleducata ti fa passare la voglia di andare in spiaggia litigava tutti i giorni con le persone. Alcune di queste persone incapaci hanno rovinato letteralmente le nostre vacanze. Poco intrattenimento.Tantissime zanzare in camera.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is old and poorly managed, and the photos online are misleading – they do not reflect the reality. We requested to stay close to the pool, but our apartment was placed far away and even outside the main hotel grounds. Despite booking an apartment, we were not allowed to use the kitchen – there were signs threatening fines if we did, so we couldn’t even make a tea. The entire property feels dated. Although we had already paid in advance for all meals and drinks, we were still charged extra for coffee and orange juice at breakfast, as well as drinks during lunch and dinner. When I questioned this, the receptionist became extremely aggressive and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. This was disrespectful and unacceptable. The outdoor seating shown in photos is misleading as well – the tables with cushions are always “reserved,” but in reality no one uses them; they are just kept for show. The food is repetitive, average at best, with minimal variation day to day. Overall, the service was unfriendly, the atmosphere stressful, and the experience highly overpriced for the low quality offered. I would never return or recommend this place – stay away.

Food was repetitive and average, service disrespectful, and overall overpriced. Stay away!

Location was perfect! The beach was also well looked after and was easy for us to change as many times as we wanted during the day between the swimming pool and the beach. Staff and food were incredible!

There was no WiFi in the rooms and for someone coming from abroad, you’re forced to use your date plan and it’s quite expensive after a week. Also, would be nice for the hotel to provide shuttles for the different activities that the area offers.
