Studio was roomy and enjoyed the private bathroom

Everything was dusty which as an asthmatic made it a bit challenging. Would suggest texting guests the details of how to check in rather than getting there trying to get in and then have to call. Plus don’t refer to room 14 when it’s not on the door. It says Flat so say that instead or put a 14 on the door!

Use of internal stairs to access upstairs accommodation would be much more welcoming. Addition of an iron in bedroom cupboard needed.
