El recibimiento malo,no ofrecen un lugar comodo de espera,necesitábamos pasar al baño y no nos otorgaron ninguno,la señora que nos recibió, fue bastante pesada, comentarios desatinados y se molesto cuando le preguntamos el funcionamiento del hotel ,eso fue muy desagradable, no hizo sentir estúpidos. La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado y la señal de Internet no funcionó.
