Great location and nice staff, but disappointed and disillusioned by the management. Be careful if you are planning to park your car at the parking lot belonging to the hotel. While our vehicle was parked there, it was damaged when a worker using a grass trimmer sent stones flying into it, chipping the paintwork on all sides. The hotel manager was informed and initially seemed willing to resolve the matter. He asked us to leave our details and promised to get back, but never did so. Further attempts from our side to get a direct response remained unsuccessful. All we got after involving customer service @ booking.com was a token offer of compensation amounting to about 3% of the repair cost. This attitude shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. We would strongly recommend others think twice before staying here – although location is great and staff are incredibly nice and helpful. And if you have an issue like us, make sure to get a police record for any follow-up...
