It’s nice clean and convenient if your needing transportation elsewhere

No bed bugs as we always check with our UV torch. WiFi is ok too - speed test at roughly 30MBPS down and about 15 up. The shower works perfectly and the room is clean. The breakfast was a traditional Thai breakfast - though the plates were small, it is a buffet. It's a 4 minute walk from the bus station so it's really convenient and doesn't require a taxi or tuk tuk, even when we were carrying loads of luggage. The staff called a company to book the taxi and speedboat to koh phayam too, which was welcomed since the ride hailing apps don't seem to operate here (at least the ones we tried!) The hotel was quiet and the A/C worked perfectly. It doesn't have an auto function but, for those who get warm overnight, it's got a very quiet setting. There's plenty of space in the room too for both storage and the bed. We ended up in a bedroom that had space for a third person too. The hotel itself was fairly empty when we went, even though there are probably only 16 rooms in total.

The view is not great but not awful (close to the back of shops but also a beautiful view of the hill in front). Had some buffering of YouTube videos so maybe there's an inconsistency there.

Wide Windows were great, great view towards the parking lot. There’s a 7/11 right next to the hotel . Also a nice bakery.

Breakfast is super typical . Very humble rice soup with fried fish. A bit outside of town . 20min walking or you can try a random hitch hike which you can try. Recommendable .

Breakfast wasn’t much but what I expected for the price.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we arrived at the bus terminal after a long trip. It was possible to check in at 4:30 am and we were able to get a few hours of sleep before we continued our journey. Our room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly.

Communication was a bit challenging as the staff did only speak very little English. However they used google translate so it was not that problematic.
