The rooms were stinking and not cleaned

The hotel is located close to Rajkot Station and very close to Rajkot Bus Depot. Many Tourist places are near the Hotel. Though they didn't not allow early check-in which we had requested during booking but they do allowed us a room to freshen up and also allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for few hours before the check in time as we reached about 3 hours before the check in time

The hotel charged us ₹ 6k (excluding taxes) for one night but it was not worth it.

Clean and well maintained

Linens and flooring need to be cleaned or replaced.

Nothing that you can like in this smelly dirty nothing-like-the-pictures property.

Lift didnt work. stair and corridors were dark always. Rooms smells of strong detergent and floors were dirty.

Very disappointing. Decent Location; overpriced. Pictures shown while booking were different from the room type given. Reception area was shabby. Despite repeatedly asking for a Kettle, never got one. Room/hotel wifi never worked.

Staff don't know what customer experience is all about. They peep into your room, talk rudely and argue too.
