Rengøring og beliggenhed var i top.

Jeg havde ikke forstået, at der var tale om et selvbetjeningshotel - helt uden kontakt med personale og helt uden mulighed for bare at ringe til en ansvarlig, hvis man skulle få brug for det. Morgenmaden stod på en tallerken i et køleskab, (yoghurt i plastbæger, muesli i plastbæger) og flere havde smidt store dele af deres morgenmad i skraldespanden, kunne jeg se - ikke ligefrem en bæredygtig løsning!

I like the unmanned door lock system it works troble free and works seamlesly. No issues at all. There is nothing more frustsrting as not being able to get into the property because of thechnical issues.

The common kichenet had a faulty coffemaker leaking clean water but disabling function. This would be visible for staff enetring inthe morning to place the excelent breakfast. No actions was taken though.

Der manglede sengeborde til fralægning, vækkeur, smykker m.v. Der manglede belysning ved opholdsgruppen. Der var intet personale til stede og ingen reception.

Comfortable room in the city center.

No reception. Nobody to speak to about the room. There was noise until late at night and early morning. I paid for breakfast which was not delivered all the days. Breakfast every day the same. No cleaning services, no towel nor sheet change during the whole week. One towel was dirty from the arrival to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good.

The room itself was more or less clean, but it is in desperate need of renovation. The walls were scratched and dirty, and the shower glass construction had already been repaired once, but in a very poor and unaesthetic way. The biggest problem, however, is the hotel gym. It is extremely poorly soundproofed, so from 5 AM until 11 PM there was constant noise of weights being dropped, floors being banged, and people shouting. I’m glad my stay was only for two nights, because I barely managed to get any sleep. Breakfast was a complete disappointment. It consisted of a single plate wrapped in plastic with very little food on it and no variety at all. Around 80% of the plate was dairy products, to which I am allergic. There was no choice whatsoever. On top of that, when I asked if it was possible to get breakfast earlier due to my early flight, I was told it was not possible. I paid for two breakfasts, but effectively received only one. The price is absolutely not justified. Finally, the service was very poor. There was no staff working at the hotel, and when I tried to contact them through the booking.com app, I received replies in Danish, even though I wrote in English. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay.
