All the staff, and in particular Sangita and Neeraj, were outstanding. The rooms were very clean, tidy with lovely panoramic views of Shimla. Both breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Shimla.

Breakfast and all food was delicious. Staff was so helpful. Employees were quick to respond and did it with huge smiles. The view is amazing. It is a total 10 all around. The beds were so comfortable I did not want to leave. This is a luxurious hotel and resort at fair prices that outdoes anyone else

Dining Staff had a hard time communicating in English. They tried so hard though and always got things right in end! The service was so caring and prompt!
