Hotel are very clean and silent... Saff are very helping and humble...

Rooms were good

There was a TV which wasn't working as the recharge was not done. The hotel is in a location where it is difficult to locate. There is no restaurant so they call for breakfast and other food from nearby restaurants We had to call for everything like water towel and toiletries There was no napkin in bathroom Water was extremely slow

The rooms are clean , and to be honest that is the only thing which is good about this property .

Plenty of things which did not make this hotel pass in my eyes … The difference in the room size : The queen room and the king room . No basic facilities provided : we have to tell the staff to provide them . Namely the toiletries were not there in the bathroom and I had to ask for them . Bath towels not upto the good standard . Please carry your own when you travel to this particular holel . If you are promised BREAKFAST INCLUDED … there won’t be none on the premises as you will need to go to another restaurant which belongs to the owner 10 minutes away from Sitara Grand to have it and that also is not a buffet ! No juice , no fruits and a very limited choice of breakfast.

Highly unprofessional behaviour of staff. No print copy of bill provided,no buffet breakfast served . Charged us 20 rs for water bottle as well . Didn’t give us room as per our bookings. Never ever visit this hotel again . Pathetic
