"Hotel located on a walking street, quite convenient but the key charge is too high and can’t access the parking lot from"

Can’t access the parking lot from within the hotel. Need to pull the luggage around the corner to the parking lot, not too pleasant especially when it is hot. Loss a room key, need to pay €10, too expensive. No front desk staff at night, no one answered our call.

"Amazing stay in the center of the city!"

Front desk made check in very easy and Visar went above and beyond to make sure out needs were met. Very grateful he was there to assist with some of our needs outside the hotel (finding restaurants, shopping stores, good coffee spots, etc.).
