The room was very large, the heating seemed to be turned off, but it was very warm inside, I even opened a window for a better sleep. Location is superb - definitely would recommend visiting Po Not restaurant in just 2mins of walking. Also, a nice park nearby along the river.

I'd prefer to have some kind of curtain in the shower to avoid all the water splashing at the toilet lid. Also, as for my preference, the mattress was too soft.
