"All in all a comfortable stay at the Bongate Boutique hotel."

Really nice layout and fresh cotton sheets and towels which were a decent size too. Also lots of refreshments I.e. tea and coffee, and a fridge with fresh milk outside the room if needed. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Peeling paint from the ceiling above the dressing table, as it was flaking over the table itself, the shower was a bit on the small side and the macerator in the bathroom was noisy although the noise didn’t last long, except when the toilet flush button got stuck…
