Hotel Caucasus Borjomi

The hotel is owned by a very friendly lady (Natalia), who is very welcoming and hospitable. The room was clean, had everything that you need. You can park for free next to the apartment, and you can walk to the city center and the national park by foot.

The price for the hotel was a bit expensive, however it seemed to be the case with any other accommodations in Borjomi. A few things that we didn't like about the hotel: the water from the shower was splashing a lot on the floor in the bathroom, and you can hear the barking dogs in the morning.

Hotel was just great! It embodies modern comfort and hospitality. The hotel owner, Nata, is just a wonderful person - kind and hospitable. Our room was cozy and clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony on the second floor, which offered a magnificent view. The hotel is located close to the historical park, which added extra charm to our stay. Overall, we really liked both the hotel itself and the owner's attitude towards the guests

The hotel is new, and the rooms were very clean. The hostages are very nice and friendly.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and payed for 7 nights. After 5 nights I realized that our room was cleaned only once slightly. I traveled with my 5 y.o. child. When I asked why the room can’t be made up every day, I was told “you should go to 5* hotel if you want your room to be cleaned every day “. It was a mess. On day 4 all Borjomi was without water and I tried to understand why we can’t take showers properly, flash toilets, and have clean room. It wasn’t owners fault. But next day we left the hotel for half day. And came back around 2.30pm and of course I was completely sure that our room would be clean after water absence. But unfortunately room was extremely dirty, nobody did anything. When I asked why, the lady said she doesn’t manage. I asked money for our last 2 nights because I didn’t want to stay in this place anymore. And they returned me money only for one night, saying that I was supposed to inform them 1 day in advance if I want to leave earlier. Which is absurd!!!! How was I supposed to know that our room would never be cleaned.

This hotel is not the cheapest in Borjomi. Prices are quite high. And definitely should be cleaned every day. It’s a standard. Not a request.
