Spacious room with mini-kitchen. Very convenient location near grocery store and bus station. Third floor has second entrance on ground level, very convenient if you have heavy luggage.

Third floor window is also on ground level. Room heater could not raise temperature above 20, but AC heating is available.

Everything was fine

One of the best stays in Georgia so far. Just next to the bus station, kind of a boutique hotel with all the basic amendities and out on the street before the hotel you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast. The host was super welcoming and helpful, especially organizing a laundry service and storing our backpacka during our multiple day hikes.

it’s clean, good noise isolation.. the owners are very sweet and can accommodate you with anything you need. i met Merab and he’s really aweet, i talked to Mariam on the phone and shes also sweet

- The room was clean - The hotel is right in the center of Borjomi

- Check-in process was weird, we didn‘t find anyone to talk to just because some other guests were also looking for a room a random women helped us and called the name of the guy (I think Merab) who was somewhere in the basement. Merab then didn’t really talk to us because he only speaks Russian and we don’t. He had always his phone in his hand with his daughter who talked to us in English. It took about 30 minutes until we then could enter the room. - in the room towels were missing, with the help of other guests who speak Russian, we received them immediately - the room is quite spacious, however the bathroom is really small and everything gets wet when showering - there is a kitchen, but almost no equipment, we missed pots/pans, dish soap, a kitchen towel… - worst was the check-out, we texted the entire last morning with Miriam how and when we pay - only she can handle the card reader (we didn’t have cash anymore) but she had to work
