Best Western Plymouth Inn-White Mountains

I liked the idea of the amenities if they were working properly and if the staff wasn’t breathing down your neck. The breakfast was good.

When I arrived the front desk tried to tell me that booking.com was a third party app and they’d never received my payment. They tried to get me to give them $600 when the jerkoff at the counter (who claims to be part owner) finally figured out that my payment was legit, after treating me like garbage, he then requests a $75 pet fee that I wasn’t privy to. I also paid for a king room that he said wasn’t available because they were still cleaning from a hockey team (which isn’t my problem) they put us next to the linen closet and the front door so all day people just go in and out. The pool isn’t even heated. They lied about what time they kept it open until. There’s ants everywhere.

The Breakfast was very nice, well-stocked, and the dining room was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy and quick.

Room was immaculate and breakfast was very good. Staff at checkout very nice.

It was unacceptable that the entrance wasn’t plowed during a major snowstorm. It took me several attempts to get into property. I drive a Jeep Compass w/ 4WD. This was at 5pm , check in starts at 3pm. I had to keep backing out into the street and hitting the gas . Finally after the 6th time I got in. You are in the White Mountains, how are you not prepared for snow? Then go into check in and first words to me from front desk was telling me to write down my car information. Maybe a hello might be appropriate.
