The cottage itself has got excellent amenities with everything you need in a cottage to enjoy self-catering relaxation in one of the most beautiful settings looking over the Mavela dam. This is also the only cottage at Copperleigh so it makes it extra special with the fact that you have to view and privacy for yourself..... Clean, spacious, great bed, great living area, great kitchen, great fire place even your own kayak to be used that is also a great point to mention. We will definitely come back!! Thanks to Ash and the team for making it a 10 out of 10 for me and my wife!

Wonderful clean air and skies. The dam’s water was clean. Amenities was more than sufficient. You can’t ask for anything more. Well equipped. TV and Wifi worked very well. Hot showers and slept on a great bed. Wonderfull people.

Everything. It was clean and comfortable and so peaceful. Communication from the owner was great and helpful. Perfect place to take time out and do some thinking.

The minute we got there we knew we would be coming back to this amazing spot Even when the fog rolled in, the cabin was comfortable and cosy we didn’t want to leave. Host and Staff is very friendly. And the views are amazing.

"The best kind of peace and quite!"

Loved absolutely everything. The cabin is spacious for 2 people, is clean, comfortable and has everything you may need or possibly think of. We particularly enjoyed the deck, perfect views of the dam, bird life, frog life, night sky and taking in the sounds of nature. The walking trails on the farm are a great activity and leaves so much opportunity for great pictures. We will definitely be back for the epic winter sunsets and miss moo. Thank you Crookes family for being such great hosts!

Nothing, we loved everything, even the rain.
