Grant Arms Hotel

This accommodation is at the budget end of the scale but offers great value for money. It's quiet, cosy, and the in room facilities are excellent including TV, tea&coffee making, a microwave and crockery/cutlery. Co-op just 50 yards away as well, meaning you can self cater to a degree. Some rooms are shared bathroom, was not an issue as there was a full bathroom and also a separate toilet and seems to be only a couple rooms making use of them. Free WiFi also. Plenty takeaways to choose from as well (chip shop/Chinese, Indian etc)

Difficult to fault at this price point

A good nights sleep, perfect for the weary traveller, highly recommended.

Room was very warm and couldn't turn down heating. Mattress was a little too firm for us.

Well equipped room, with kettle, microwave and plates/cutlery. Nice and warm, spotless and quiet. The room I had was one of the one of the ones without on suite but not an issue as there were two along the corridor. Landlord was very helpful and friendly.
