First of the staff - just the most lovely, helpful and professional people. From reception, to the bar, just everyone. The hotel is quiet and includes nice activities like table tennis, pool, padel, tennis, football so that was great when the sun was at its peak. Breakfast is varied and the coffee machine is great!

The room is dated. Air con was either too cold or not cold enough. The shower takes hours to drain. Bathroom is too small.

The staff were incredibly friendly in the bar and restaurants. Tattiana, in particular, at reception gave us a fantastic welcome. The room was modern and fresh, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel and grounds were immaculately clean. The pool area is very relaxing, and it’s surrounded by gardens. It’s not often you get such great vibes from a hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and it was exceptional value for money.

Ίσως το πιο ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό ξενοδοχείου που έχω δει! Πραγματικά το προσωπικό ήταν το highlight της διαμονής μου! Συγχαρητήρια τόσο στο προσωπικό όσο και στους ανθρώπους που επιλέξαν τα παιδιά αυτά!

Staff veramente molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto proattivo a consigliare attivita’ e luoghi da visitare. Colazione con molta varieta’ di dolce, salato e frutta. Possibilita’ di cenare all’interno della struttura con ottima varieta’ di pietanze a buffet con ottimo rapporto qualita’-prezzo. Bellissima e molto grande piscina. Campi da tennis e da padel, oltre ad altri campi. Pool bar e spazio all’aperto separato dall’edificio principale adibito a serate di intrattenimento, senza infastidire il resto della struttura. Possibilita’ di prenotare massaggi.

Per il mio personale standard, potrebbe esserci un po’ di margine di miglioramento nella pulizia della stanza
