GBRoom was clean, food was very nice.
Some staff made you feel as though they were doing you a favour by serving you/allowing you to be there. Some passive aggressive comments made and some staff could have been more foucused on customer service. Some staff wee lovely though

Heizung im Badezimmer war auf Maximum gestellt und dadurch viel zu warm bei ohnehin gutem Wetter (habe sie selbst aus gestellt)
GBThe breakfast was excellent, also the food in the restaurant in the evening we found was very good, the choice of beers were excellent too. The staff were really pleasant. Its got lots of parking and in a very picturesque location near the canal.
The room above us must have had a very creaky floor, it kept us a wake if they were walking around.

AUGreat location just outside Chester and close to a Park & Ride. Lovely decor, comfy bed and food was fantastic.
TV reception was terrible with no internet channels available.
GBPub was welcoming and staff pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfy
Fabric on headboard (faux leather) was flaking off. Room was very hot even tho no radiator on and temperature outside was only 13 degrees. Food in pub was disappointing
GBThe team were super friendly,amazing food and accommodation spacious and very well maintained. Location by the canal ,lovely walks and really convenient for where we were needing to be.
