Perhaps offer better instant coffee and fruit teas in room . Staff very slow to clean the tables in outside dining area

GBLocation & pub were good and the room size and facilities would be good if they were all working.
TV was on its last legs, No air conditioning and the bathroom shower tray had mould which is easily fixed. The staff behind the bar were quite rude when ordering food & drinks.
