The location was very convenient, and the staff tried very hard to be helpful and accommodating. The free laundry service on the top floor was very useful. The rooms are simple and spare, but it was comfortable, and an interesting building.

The WiFi wasn't very good at all. And there were cockroaches.

The location is good. Close to Guilin attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We took 1 family room and 1 double bed room. Family room had a little tent for kids and a toy ride. Staff were helpful. Alice helped with booking of Li River cruise. She was very attentive. Checked in on my other queries on transport closer to date, understanding my travel needs. Very helpful! Can text in English, some staff can speak decent English.

1 room floor was squeaky clean, the other room was a bit sticky feel.

Excellent location one block from a pedestrian zone full of shops and restaurants. Big, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Differently recommended.

The room was very spacious and ultra modern. It felt like living in a scifi movie. The toilet was also extremely fancy with warming colors and lots of other settings. Wifi worked great too. Location was great right next to the pedestrian street.

The bathroom design, like in most Chinese hotels, was odd for western audiences. The shower and toilet are separate stalls inside the room, rather than separated as their own room. Doesn't really give any privacy.

Location. So convenient to pedestrian street, Catholic Church and the pier for the cruise. The room I had was large with a balcony. Unfortunately the poor weather did not allow me to use it. I will definitely stay here again when I hope to come back in the near future.
