Upon arrival, the room was extremely dusty. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, under the sofa, and on almost all surfaces. When I requested room cleaning at 15:00, there was no hotel staff available, only restaurant staff, which seemed to operate separately from the hotel. The windows had clearly not been cleaned for months, and the bathroom door was broken and almost falling apart. During my four-day stay, the bed sheets were never changed. Overall, this hotel is unacceptable. There is no 24-hour service, the cleanliness is very poor, and the level of maintenance is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was a good size.

There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard, phone, shelves etc. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. It was very expensive for such a small hotel with limited amenities

Heating did not work - was below 15 in the room when we arrived - no one answered our messages until the morning - then they said sorry and good by .... easy as that - poor service

Restaurant shut at 20:20 when we arrived, no water in room, heating did not work - was freezing cold in the room, room with balcony is 60 Euro more - balcony is 30 cm wide and the door to the balcony was broken so you could not open or shut it .........
