Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom nice with hot shower

WiFi did not work the entire time we stayed even after raising this with staff. Also couldn’t pay by card even though it is stated we can when booking the property

I met the owner and manager of the hotel , they are both very good man. Very accomodating to guest.

The hotel is located properly in the city and the warmness , simplicity and cleanliness is superb. The place is highly recommendable to those looking for a nice , affordable and friendly quiet spot in the city, its the Kreation hotel.

Its a bit hidden from the main Galle road , my driver took a second round on the block for he missed the first round of where to turn right. There could be a more visible signage posted at the corner.

The staff provided good service.

Staff were friendly. Spacious rooms. We went around 11 pm, though we were able to talk to staff. Located in a great location and all restaurants are nearby. Bathroom had good water facilities including hot water.

Need modernisation. Carpets were old. Bedsheets had stains in them. Had some mosquitoes but after putting the fan and AC they went away. our rooms were on ground floor that may be the reason for mosquitoes. Bed was direct opposite of room entrance door where people come to reception can see the bed and room when the door is open, that caused a lot inconvenience.
