Clean large room, hot water, good service. Helper took all the luggage up and provided extra linen as requested

NA. No breakfast since chef was not available. Though a great bakery right next door (Sponges)

The hotel is located in a good place. It is very close to the main attractions of Colombo. You have the freedom to go out and come in at any time. There was no disturbance from the hotel staff. We felt free as if we were at our own place.

Kreation is a beautiful boutique hotel with all facilities and friendly staffs. Food is also good. Rooms are very clean. Overall it's a nice experience at Colombo.

The place is calm and quiet with comfortable rooms. The staffs are very helpful. All nearby places are very close to the hotel. Had a nice welcoming drink from the guests. Will visit again . Recommended

I don't love anything about this hotel.

It was a serious mistake to stay here. In reality, it is not possible to say that there are windows. Because when you look out of the window, you see a wall. It is also very expensive. It is difficult to understand why there is a kettle in the room. Because there are no accompanying glasses. There is no hot water or shampoo in the bathroom. They have no understanding of tourism. For example, I was asked indecent questions such as where are you going when you go out, are you going to a woman's house?
