Personnel ultra accueillant et souriant, Toujours à l'écoute. Chambre très spacieuse et très confortable. Très belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Restaurant délicieux.

Big comfortable place, and clean. Except tea facility , all other facilities was good. Beautiful view

We waited nearly two hours to enter the hotel. We send emails and booking.com messages but no replies after an hour a client help us to reach hotel stuff. When we arrived we couldn't find any instruction, no replies to messages. After all my family deserved small apology but got nothing. Otherwise nice location, big place, clean. Just stuff need more hospitality . Yes i can go same place again but not to same hospitality
