Nothing to be liked of this Hotel and not for the attention but for the help to others so that next time No one Books this Hotel again . Manner less Staff, Rooms were not cleaned and maintained even after the request Do not rely on Photos which are Posted on this website they are totally opposite and useless No water was provided at night even after requesting All rooms needed plumbing job as which ever room they provided had work No maintanence and all cockroachs were the add one guest No recommending anyone to go for this hotel They say something at first at the time of payment and act nice then don't stand on there own word of mouth Where they Commit To the Thing They Said Useless Hotel Just For the Sake Of Women Safety Of My family I have to Book the Rooms In this Disgusting Place or Else In My life time Would Have Never Book this Hotel I'll recommend Everyone Not To Book in This Hotel Ever until and Unless Urgent Situation faced like Me For Safety Of Women and Children As I was Unable to Book Hotel At Night Around 1.30 -2.00 Am Photos Are All Fake Uploaded On Website Do not Rely On Them All Useless and Fake for Sake the of Money And Last And Least This Hotel Management has Replied to All Negative Comments and Feedback On same Comment On Sry for The Inconvenience and same will happen With Me u Gonna See Around I hope this Help the person In Need and Help the people For Adjusting and Getting a Better Experience even after Paying Money rather Than Staying In this Disgusting Place

I recently stayed at this Oak utsav residency hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. First, I found a cockroach in my bed, which was absolutely disgusting. Additionally, the washroom was not functioning properly—there was a constant leak and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. For the price I paid, I expected much better cleanliness and maintenance. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
