"Great experience"

The best hotel I had ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when we walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service.

"Do not go to this hotel. If you go directly they will overcharge you and if do online booking then they will not provide"

Nothing

I had done online booking but hotel staff denied giving me room saying we do not accept online booking. When i told him why are you listed on all the online platforms they start fighting with me. Very bad experience with this hotel. Even customer care of booking.com could not help me as the hotel staff did not pick up their call. Such a waste.

"Loot by the Hotel"

Hotel compelled us to pay Rs 350 extra saying that your booking was in low tariff and we cannot afford it. They were also not ready to refund advance payment in case we cancel their booking stating that the money still not received in their account.
